Quaker Fruit and Nuts combines 100% whole grain oats with real dried fruits (such as raisins and apples) and crunchy nuts (like pecans). It provides a hearty, fiber-rich source of beta-glucan, iron, and sustained energy to keep you full for hours.
Preparation Methods
1. Hot Water / Milk (Stovetop or Kettle)
- Stove: Pour one serving of oats into a pan with 200 ml of liquid (milk or water). Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes until creamy.
- Bowl: Put a serving of oats into a bowl. Add up to a third to a half a cup of boiling water or hot milk, stir well, and let it stand for 1–2 minutes before eating.
2. Microwave
- Put a serving of oats into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add up to half a cup of unheated milk or water.
- Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir again before eating.
3. Overnight Oats (Cold Preparation)
- Combine half a cup of oats with half a cup of milk and a spoonful of yogurt in a mason jar.
- Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
- In the morning, you can top it with a drizzle of honey or extra nuts
